Summary
The first meetup of a new Tokyo Claude community, themed on AI-driven development, team collaboration and building the right product. Rather than tool feature tours, it covers methods and hands-on lessons for people and multiple AIs working together with Claude as a shared language to ship products that stay in use. Planned talks include Yoshio Terada (AI CTO, Microsoft Japan), the Monozou team from AI Coding Dojo on going from strangers to a released service with Claude Code, and a lightning talk by Naoki Yokomachi (KDDI Agile Development Center) on a Claude Code workflow for sustaining weekly releases with a small team. Remaining session and LT slots are open for proposals. Held at the Microsoft Shinagawa office, on-site only with no streaming.
