Summary
The first Claude Community Event in Saga, themed around AI-driven document creation. In a hands-on workshop, participants use Claude Code and Marp to build lightning-talk slides together with Claude. The first half covers AI-driven development and the second AI-driven document creation, followed by a wrap-up and networking.
The venue is MAIC SAGA (Microsoft AI & Innovation Center SAGA), about five minutes on foot from JR Saga Station. Sessions run in Japanese, with materials in both Japanese and English. Claude Code credits are handed out on the day, so no paid plan is needed. Free, 50 seats with approval, and a laptop is required.
About the community
A global network of volunteer-run local meetups for people who build with Claude. Chapters in many cities host talks, workshops and networking evenings, led by local community ambassadors rather than Anthropic staff.
