Summary
The second Global Women Leaders: TIB Lounge is a small-group roundtable at Tokyo Innovation Base on treating community as a business development strategy. The session's Lead Sister is Heather Dobbin, an ICF-credentialed executive and leadership coach and founder of HD Coaching, who has built much of her own practice through community relationships in Japan and Korea.
The discussion covers how trust turns into referrals, clients and partners in Japan, how to stay generous without becoming invisible, and how to keep showing up for a community without burning out. The format is a short story from the Lead Sister, two roundtable rounds, and an Ask & Offer exchange at the end.
