Summary
Women Leaders TIB Lounge is a small-group roundtable at Tokyo Innovation Base where an experienced woman founder (the Lead Sister) talks with women who want to start something of their own. This session's Lead Sister is Mai Shono, veterinarian and CEO of Nekohana Inc.
After working as an internal-medicine vet and launching new businesses and running animal hospitals at a pet-industry venture, Shono founded Nekohana in 2023, starting with an online shop for cat-safe flowers and expanding into cosmetics and cat-friendly rental housing. The dialogue covers her move from a professional career into founding a company, turning passion and expertise into business value, and finding business ideas in everyday problems. Women only; free for TIB app members.
