TIB Growth Coffee Meetup

A 30-minute coffee meetup for founders and people building businesses to talk on equal footing. It is open to those still preparing to start a company as well as teams in their earliest stage, with no advance registration required and free entry and exit throughout. The venue is the third-floor salon space at Tokyo Innovation Base (TIB) in Marunouchi. The guest for this talk session is Yuki Mizuno, a Value-up Professional at Globis Capital Partners. Her background includes corporate hiring support and new business development at en-japan, followed by a stint as president of a strategic subsidiary where she led its expansion, before joining Globis Capital Partners in October 2018. The discussion covers how organizations should change as a business moves between phases, how to handle role division and decision making, and how a VC supports organizational growth at its portfolio companies. The format is short: a talk session plus Q&A from 16:00 to 16:30. It is designed to bring together players who normally sit in different seats, including founders, startup support organizations, accelerator program operators, and people from local and national government. Entry requires membership registration in the TIB app and presentation of a QR code.
