Sharpen Your Thinking With AI at a Leading Startup Hub: A Hands-On Bootcamp for Rapidly Producing Business Ideas and MVPs

A working session for pre-launch founders, early-stage founders, and corporate intrapreneurs. Participants without a business idea yet use Claude or Gemini to generate and sharpen one, while those who already have an idea use Claude Code to build an MVP. The usual three-hour format is compressed into 1.5 hours, with the goal of leaving ready to start testing hypotheses with prospective customers the next day. The idea track starts by putting into words what the founder wants to achieve, then builds hypotheses for customer, problem, value proposition, solution, revenue model, and market size, ending with a pitch slide. The MVP track covers describing the intended product so the AI has context, mapping the user experience around customer, problem, and value, then iterating through generation, testing, and refinement to reach a prototype. Two teams present results at the end, followed by an introduction to Studio10x, a Tokyo Metropolitan Government partner program for new startup creation. The venue is Tokyo Innovation Base, three minutes on foot from JR Yurakucho Station. Attendance is free, capacity is 30 people, and participants may come and go. Bring a laptop that can run Claude or Gemini for the idea track, or Claude Code for the MVP track; paid plans are expected. Building access and the free WiFi both require registration in advance, and signup is handled through a separate Google Form.
