TIB Scramble Meetup: Maximum Output with a Minimal Team. Generative AI Across the Whole Back Office, with Real Case Studies

This is one session in a meetup series that picks a single focused theme each time. The theme here is how to apply generative AI across the whole back office, illustrated with real case studies. It starts from the problems resource-constrained startups actually hit: where in accounting, HR, legal, or general affairs to introduce AI first, and how to combine the growing pile of tools into something that fits the company. The first 25 minutes are a seminar covering how to make AI work across back-office operations as a whole, plus concrete examples of how other companies have integrated it. The emphasis is on practices that can be tried immediately rather than on abstractions. The remaining 30 minutes are a casual consultation and networking session, with direct access to the speakers and to peers from other companies. It suits solo back-office and corporate leads, people who have adopted AI tools but feel they are not getting real use out of them, and anyone wanting to compare notes with others in the same role. The venue is Tokyo Innovation Base 3F, the event runs in Japanese, and there is no capacity limit (drop in and leave freely).
