Summary
A small-group roundtable for women founders on building a business that solves everyday problems with technology. The guest (Lead Sister) is Aiko Kizu, CEO of QRing Inc. Drawn to the potential of IT and telecoms, she founded the company in 2025 and is now developing and commercializing Tsunagaru QR, a contact system that lets two people speak by phone without revealing their numbers to each other. It works by scanning a QR code with a standard smartphone camera, with no dedicated app to install, and targets uses such as checking in on elderly relatives or pets and handling lost items.
The session covers why she decided to start a company, the trial and error involved in turning a single idea into a real product, being selected for TIB PITCH, and what she learned from meeting users while exhibiting at TIB SHOP. The focus is on the practical early-stage work: making a concept concrete, communicating it to others, and recruiting collaborators.
The second half is a dialogue with questions and comments from participants, digging into how to see everyday problems as business opportunities, what the path from idea to product actually looks like, and how to feed user feedback back into the business. It runs 13:00 to 14:30 on the 3rd floor of the main TIB building. Attendance is free for registered TIB app members and requires advance signup. The event is open to women only.
About the community
A recurring small-group roundtable series that brings together women who already run a company and women who want to start one. Each session hosts a more experienced woman founder as the guest (Lead Sister) and treats topics such as entrepreneurship, career choices, building an organization, and what it means to lead as a conversation rather than a lecture. The emphasis is on the perspectives participants take away rather than any single right answer. Sessions are women-only and held at a startup hub in Marunouchi.
