LIVE & CONNECT TOKYO #2 ― Navigating Life & Building Connections in Tokyo

LIVE & CONNECT TOKYO #2 is a free networking and community event for international residents in Tokyo, held at Tokyo Innovation Base in Marunouchi. Aimed at international entrepreneurs, startup founders, professionals, expats, and accompanying family members, the afternoon combines practical guidance for daily life in Japan with opportunities to meet others building their lives in Tokyo. Session 1, Tokyo Life Stories, features international entrepreneurs and professionals sharing how they built their lives and careers in Tokyo. The interactive session covers topics such as living through Tokyo's seasons, accessing healthcare, overcoming language barriers, and navigating administrative procedures, banking, and contracts, followed by a Q&A. Session 2 offers beginner-friendly Japanese culture experiences such as origami and calligraphy alongside open networking with entrepreneurs, professionals, families, support organizations, and service providers. An information booth area features organizations that support international residents, covering housing and real estate, administrative and professional services, and the International Residents Support Center TOKYO consultation corner. Admission is free and walk-ins are welcome, but entry requires registration via the free TIB app, and advance registration is recommended. The event is conducted in English.
