Summary
The 25th TIB PITCH is an experiential startup pitch event held at Tokyo Innovation Base, 30 seconds from JR Yurakucho Station. TIB PITCH alternates monthly between a trial-introduction course and a SHOP course; this edition runs the SHOP course and the TIB SHOP Overseas course. Selected startups gain opportunities for test marketing and showcasing at TIB SHOP, plus needs research at an overseas base (this time Taiwan).
The program has three parts: the overseas course, a product-experience segment, and a food-experience segment, featuring startups across diverse fields such as chopsticks, safety accessories, recycled materials, plant-based foods, and craft beer. Attendees can sample foods and try products while listening to each company's presentation.
The judging panel includes CVC and VC figures and entrepreneurs from Toshiba Tec, Hakuhodo DY Ventures, Miraidoor, and others. Networking time with the presenting startups and judges is provided. Admission is free with prior registration, aimed at startups, large companies, VCs, financial institutions, government, media, and others interested in startup collaboration.
