Cross Mentorship is a program for selected university students that combines self-reflection workshops with one-on-one mentoring by working professionals, helping participants sharpen their vision and action plans for taking on challenges in society. Running since 2012, it has hosted more than 1,500 students nationwide. Mentors come from trading houses, consulting, finance, IT, manufacturing, and the founder community, ranging from early-career professionals to those in their 40s. Cross Mentorship is a student-focused program run by CroMen since 2012, building an ongoing community that connects university students with working professionals. Graduates of the program can keep taking part in meetups and study sessions with mentors and alumni.
