Summary
A beginner workshop at TIB FAB inside Tokyo Innovation Base. Participants learn basic 3D CAD operations in Autodesk Fusion and print an original name tag on a Bambu Lab H2D 3D printer.
The instructor covers practical tips for 3D printing drawn from hands-on experience, plus examples of how the technology can be applied in making. Open to ages 15 and up, capacity is 5 people, and the fee is 300 yen. Bring a laptop with the Autodesk Fusion trial installed, plus a mouse.
About the community
TIB FAB is the maker space on the second floor of Tokyo Innovation Base, Tokyo Metropolitan Government's startup hub in Marunouchi. It runs recurring hands-on workshops introducing 3D printers, CAD, and other fabrication tools to beginners and aspiring makers.
