Summary
A panel and keynote session on the recurring 30, 50, and 100-person walls that scaling startups hit, covering hiring breakdowns, missing middle management, slowing decisions, and culture dilution. The first half is a keynote by Noriaki Aoyagi (SmaSate Inc.) on building people and organizations that keep scaling.
The second half features two companies from the first cohort of the Tokyo Startup Talent individual support program (Jizaie Inc. and CAN EAT Inc.) discussing how they actually changed hiring and org design. The event is held at Tokyo Innovation Base 1F SQUARE-2 with a hybrid livestream, followed by networking. Aimed at startup founders, CxOs, and HR leads.
