Summary
Women Leaders TIB Lounge is a small roundtable held at Tokyo Innovation Base, a hub supporting startups. This session welcomes Asami Sakuraguchi, CEO of Sanpoteam, as the Lead Sister, who shares her path into entrepreneurship and the lessons drawn from changing life stages, speaking candidly to women who aspire to start their own ventures.
Having moved through roles as a company employee, parent, freelancer, and founder, Sakuraguchi now builds products that support sex education within families. The conversation digs into formative experiences and work, life events and career, and how to engage with social issues, with questions and reflections from participants woven in.
The gathering is aimed at women who already run a business, who are seriously considering founding one, or who want to turn their own experience into a product or service. The venue is the 3rd floor of the TIB main building. Admission is free and limited to women who are registered TIB app members.
About the community
A small roundtable series where experienced women founders (Lead Sisters) talk with women who want to begin their own challenges. It values bringing home perspectives rather than fixed answers, holding candid conversations about choices in entrepreneurship and career, building organizations, and what it means to lead.
