A small-group roundtable in the Women Leaders TIB Lounge series, hosted at Tokyo Innovation Base. The Lead Sister this round is Chie Kimura, founder and CEO of LUNDATTE, a brand that grew out of a personal family health concern into a gut-health product line.
Kimura will walk through the realities of building the business over three years, the IP strategy that earned her the 2026 Japan Patent Attorneys Association President's Grand Prize, and how a personal pain point can translate into a social-impact venture. As an APT Women 9th-cohort graduate, she shares her perspective with women considering entrepreneurship.

Women Leaders TIB Lounge is a recurring small-group roundtable run at Tokyo Innovation Base. Each session pairs an experienced woman founder (Lead Sister) with women who are considering entrepreneurship, for candid conversation on starting up, career choices, team building, and leadership.
