Summary
A panel and workshop for early-stage startup CEOs on how to articulate the role and requirements of a COO before hiring one. Three founders/operators (Start Pass COO Junta Suzuki, TAIAN CEO Mariko Murata, Loglass COO Masato Takeuchi) share patterns of COO archetypes and real decision-making processes in a roundtable, then attendees work through a hands-on exercise to define their own ideal COO profile and receive feedback from experienced startup leaders. Aimed at founders weighing whether and how to bring on an executive partner as their company enters a growth phase.
About the community
If you're a founder wrestling with whether you actually need a COO — or what to hand off when you do — this is a chance to hear three operators talk candidly about how they framed the role, then sit down and write your own COO requirements with feedback from people who've done it.
