Summary
TenguCon 3.0 is the third edition of the grassroots hacker conference run by TenguSec, held over two days on November 19 and 20 at Akihabara UDX in Tokyo. This year's theme is "Human Resistance in the Age of Machine Authority", looking at where AI, automation, cybersecurity and human ingenuity collide. The headline keynote "The Triforce" brings together Joe Grand (Kingpin), Iceman and YTCracker, with an international lineup that includes Dave Lewis, Oksana Verbytska, Anastasia Kovalchuk and others. Talks cover offensive security, AI exploitation, space systems, cyber warfare, hardware hacking, industrial control systems and bug bounties, alongside hacker villages and RF experimentation. Advance tickets are 4,500 yen and door admission is 3,000 yen (cash only). A limited ESP32-based LoRa hardware badge is sold at the door for 10,000 yen, or 12,000 yen bundled with admission.
About the community

TenguSec is a grassroots hacker collective in Tokyo that brings together security researchers, industry veterans and newcomers. Its annual TenguCon conference mixes international speakers, technical deep dives and hands-on hacker villages, with an explicitly non-corporate, no-gatekeeping culture.
