Summary
ProductTank Tokyo and Scrum Masters Tokyo team up with Code Chrysalis for an evening talk and workshop that asks whether adding a Scrum Master improves a product team or just adds meetings. Rather than trading opinions, the session works from real case studies. Jan Hadrava walks through how a Scrum Master used small, deliberate changes to raise a team's productivity, and participants then work out how the same ideas apply to their own teams. Takeaways include low-effort changes to try right away, where product people and Scrum Masters complement each other or create friction, and how to turn new practices into real improvements. The event is held in English at Code Chrysalis in Motoazabu, about 7 minutes from Roppongi Station. Doors open at 18:30, the session runs from 19:10, followed by Q&A and networking. Free to attend.
