Summary
The fifteenth edition of a casual networking evening for IT professionals, held at a bar in Shibuya. Participants are split into small groups and the groups are reshuffled several times over the course of the night, so people end up talking with a wider mix of attendees instead of staying in one circle. Past crowds have included backend, frontend, infrastructure and data engineers, designers, company executives such as CEOs and CTOs, freelancers, digital nomads, PMOs, recruiters, new graduates, and people trying to move into an engineering role. That mix makes the evening useful both for anyone exploring career options and for anyone who simply wants to widen their professional circle. Reception opens at 17:55 so check-in runs smoothly. Entry is 900 yen paid in advance via Stripe (the payment link goes live the day before) or 1,000 yen on the door in cash or PayPay, plus one drink order at the bar. Food is available if you want dinner on site.
About the community

A recurring Tokyo networking series for people working in or around IT, now past its tenth edition and run roughly monthly. The format is deliberately informal: no talks or demos, just small groups at a relaxed Shibuya bar that get reshuffled through the evening. Regulars range from working engineers and designers to founders, freelancers, recruiters, and people in the middle of a career change into engineering, and the crowd is a mix of Japan-based professionals and visitors passing through.
