Summary
A weekly midday networking lunch for people working on startups in Tokyo, held every Tuesday at 12:00 in the Sapia Tower area next to Tokyo Station. Founders, investors, engineers, and others interested in the startup ecosystem come together over food for open conversation.
The format is deliberately unstructured. There are no pitches and no presentations, so the two hours are spent on direct conversation about what people are building, what is working, and what is not. Attendees can buy lunch from the nearby food trucks or bring their own.
Because it repeats every week, the group works well both as a first entry point into the Tokyo startup scene and as a regular check-in for people already active in it.
About the community
A weekly, drop-in gathering for the Tokyo startup scene, aimed at founders, investors, engineers, and people curious about building companies. Programming is intentionally minimal: no talks, no pitch slots, just a shared lunch hour and open conversation. It runs every Tuesday at the same time and place, so regulars and newcomers mix freely, and English is the working language of the room.
