The venue is on the 3rd floor of Sakuragaoka Front II, a few minutes from Shibuya Station. A community rate applies: 1,650 yen for the half day (9:00 to 12:00) or 2,200 yen for a full day through 18:00, tax included. Payment is made at the venue on the day by e-money or credit card; cash is not accepted. Wifi is available, and online meetings are fine at the coworking desks, though there is no phone booth.
Attendees gather at the 3rd floor entrance at 9:00, and anyone running late can message the host. Communication is mainly in English.
