Casual Tech Networking 🤝 at Atrae, Inc.

A casual in-person networking evening hosted inside the Tokyo office of Atrae, a Japanese HR tech company. Attendees meet IT and tech professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, tour the office, and learn about the products Atrae builds. An Atrae employee gives a short presentation on the business, and team members join the event so guests can ask about their work and experiences. The format is structured to maximize introductions: participants are split into small groups that rotate several times, then continue conversations freely afterward. Drinks and light snacks are provided. Past attendees have included backend, frontend, infrastructure and data engineers, PMs, data scientists, product designers, recruiters, freelancers, digital nomads, startup founders (CEO, CTO), job seekers, new graduates, and travelers. Entry is 1000 yen on the day (cash or PayPay) or 900 yen if paid in advance. A full refund is issued if the organizer cancels the event.
