Summary
The second of four Go Global Hub 2026 sessions, run by Startup Lady Japan with support from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. International and Japanese startups, entrepreneurs, corporate innovation teams and investors form mixed teams and turn business themes or their own ideas into concrete business models using the Business Model Canvas and Lean Canvas. The evening opens with a global inspiration session from Yerkezhan Zholdassova, founder and CEO of Silicon Valley career tech startup Hired Valley, followed by the co-creation workshop and 3-minute team pitches with feedback. It closes with networking over finger food and drinks. The session is held in English with Japanese support, is free, and takes 70 to 100 participants; the venue in Tokyo is still to be announced.
About the community

A four-part 2026 series for founders, corporate innovation teams, investors and ecosystem partners interested in cross-border business between Japan and the rest of the world. Each session builds on the last, moving from discovering global challenges to co-creating ideas, validating them with overseas perspectives, and forming concrete partnerships.
