Summary
An afternoon wellness session in Shibuya built around guided breathwork and a live sound bath. The programme runs roughly three hours and is capped at 20 participants, so the setting stays small.
The sequence pairs a 45-minute breathwork journey led by Gyovany Munoz of Medicine of Breath with a 45-minute sound bath led by Nanako Aramaki of Zenso Wellness. Between the two modalities there is a grounding segment and gentle movement, and the afternoon closes with a body scan meditation and a group sharing circle. Yoga mat rental, bolsters, and eye masks are included.
No prior experience is required: the facilitators open with an introduction and demonstration. Participants are asked to arrive by 3:50 PM, wear loose clothing suitable for lying down for about 90 minutes, skip heavy meals for two hours beforehand, and bring water. Anyone with heart conditions, epilepsy, severe anxiety, pregnancy, or recent surgery should consult a doctor first.
About the community
A small-format wellness gathering for adults looking for a structured reset on a weekend afternoon. Sessions are kept intentionally intimate, around 20 people, and are designed to work for complete beginners as well as regular practitioners of breathwork and sound healing. Facilitation is shared between visiting practitioners, and the format leans on guided instruction, live instruments, and a closing sharing circle.
