Summary
A career consultation event hosted by TORYUMON OFFICE SHIBUYA for students under 25. Young SoftBank employees who work on the company's AI and new business initiatives join as mentors, sharing candid, on-the-ground perspectives on job hunting, career changes, entrepreneurship, and side businesses that are not usually discussed at formal briefings. On the day, five mentors rotate through three 30-minute sessions with participants, and attendees can mingle with each other during the waiting periods. Capacity is limited to 15 people, and organizers select participants from those who apply. The event is limited to university students and doubles as a networking opportunity for students interested in entrepreneurship, new business creation, and building a career in the AI era.
