【HerRise #6: Leading with People】HerRise Workshop / Open Day | A Practical Program for Women Entrepreneurs

HerRise session #6, "Leading with People", covers the organizational side of a startup: finding co-founders and early hires, designing a sustainable organization, and managing people well. Speakers are Ayuko Nakamura of eiicon, an open innovation specialist, and Oya Koc, founder of the language and communication platform Oyraa. The day runs mentoring office hours with the core mentors from 10:00 to 17:00 (booking recommended), the workshop from 18:30 to 20:30, and optional networking until 21:00. It is in person in Shibuya, free with pre-registration and limited seats, with Japanese-English interpretation and an archive to follow. It is aimed at women founders within about 10 years of founding, women planning to incorporate within a few years, and Shibuya Startup Visa holders or S-startups certified companies. People from outside Shibuya can join, but Shibuya residents, workers and students get priority if seats run out.
