Summary
This hackathon uses HappyHorse, a video generation AI developed by Alibaba Cloud, to create a 15-second cinematic commercial. Two tracks are offered based on your goals: Track 1 focuses on articulating your past, present, and future into a 'Video Vision Board,' while Track 2 is for building promotional CMs for your own apps or free-themed creative videos. No development experience is required, and both career and technical mentors provide support.
Participants get access to the latest 'Happy Horse 1.1' (launched June 22) and can generate videos virtually for free, with usage reimbursed up to 100 USD. Finished works are posted on X, and the top projects share a total prize pool of 50,000 JPY.
Doors open at 18:00 and the event ends at 22:30, including a lecture, a hands-on tutorial, pitches, and a networking session. Attendees must create an Alibaba Cloud account in advance. The event is organized by SCYLOG and co-hosted with the MeltingPot general incorporated association (MeltingHack).
