How Enterprises Are Adopting AI - Roundtable #004

This is the fourth session of a roundtable series on enterprise AI adoption, held in Tokyo's Minato City. The format is a candid discussion rather than a sales pitch or a product demo: AI consultants, builders, community leaders, and in-house practitioners compare notes on what is actually working inside organizations, what is failing, and where teams are getting stuck. The framing comes from recurring conversations in New York and Tokyo, where the same pattern kept surfacing: employees have access to AI tools, but organizations still struggle to fold AI into workflows, processes, and decision-making. Topics on the table include why initiatives stall after the initial excitement, common change-management problems, the gap between software vendors and enterprise users, AI workflow discovery and internal education, and lessons from real deployments. Speakers include Moise Convolbo, Ph.D., a senior data, AI and CRM leader at Parfums Christian Dior (LVMH), and Ved Kamat, adoption consultant and founder of Seranova KK. The evening opens with networking at 6:30 PM, followed by a panel talk at 7:00 PM, the roundtable at 7:20 PM, a photo at 7:55 PM, and closing networking from 8:00 PM.
