What Awaits After You Take the Leap? A Meetup on the Realities of Startup Internships (JAM MEETUP #4)

JAM MEETUP is a meetup series where students casually connect with professionals and entrepreneurs working on the front lines of startups. The theme of this fourth edition is the realities of startup internships: what actually happens once you join a startup as an intern, and how that experience feeds into personal growth and future challenges, explored through the guests' first-hand stories over two hours. The four guests are Yutaro Kondo, CEO of Unito; Akihiko Shimoyama, CEO of Senjin Holdings; Itsuki Yoshino, executive officer at YOUTRUST; and Hiroe Miki, vice president of NEO. The program centers on a mini talk session and group discussions, followed by a networking session, and the small-group format keeps participants close to the guests. The venue is the 2nd floor of Tokyo Innovation Base in Yurakucho. Participation is free, the event targets students, and capacity is around 30 people. After the event, attendees can also join Startup Internship Fes 2026, held on the 1st floor of the same building.
