Summary
A 90-minute ideation workshop for students who want to start something but have not yet settled on an idea. Participants work hands-on through how to generate ideas, how to organize them into a form other people can follow, and how to sharpen them enough to take a first step with confidence. With mentor support on the day, attendees sort out the problem, the customer, and the solution, shaping a business idea to the point where they can explain it to someone else. The format aims to leave each participant ready for a follow-up mentoring or feedback session and able to keep moving on their own. The venue is the first floor of Tokyo Innovation Base, one minute on foot from the Kyobashi exit of Yurakucho Station. Attendance is free, the audience is students, capacity is around 10 people, and reception opens at 18:30.
About the community

A community based in Yurakucho that connects students with each other and with players in the startup ecosystem. Its regular programming includes sessions for practicing idea generation, casual meetups with ecosystem participants, and a weekly Wednesday track that walks students from finding the seed of an idea through articulating it to validating a business. Most attendees are students who are only mildly interested in founding something and want a place to begin, and the programming is pitched to each person's stage so they can take that first step.
