Summary
A hands-on workshop in Munich, co-hosted with GlassFlow, where participants set up a software factory: a crew of background Claude Code sessions (an orchestrator, a builder and a reviewer) that plans, builds, reviews and merges pull requests on a repo, coordinated through GlassFlow's open-source tool Tares.
Attendees give the factory a small test job and watch it go from plan to merged pull requests. A second optional build covers an AI SRE setup with a cheap watcher agent that hands off to a root-cause agent when a live service breaks. Setup must be done at home beforehand, and a macOS or Linux laptop (or WSL2) is required.
