Summary
A hands-on hackathon in Karatsu, Saga Prefecture. Participants hear directly from the field about local challenges in fisheries, food culture and marine resources, then use Claude Code to turn them into a business idea and prototype in three hours.
It is aimed at business owners and successors thinking about the region's future, people newly in charge of new business or DX, and engineers and designers who want to contribute through side work or pro bono. Ideas produced on the day may continue into SANDlab, a program that pursues commercialization with students and professionals.
