Summary
A Sapporo meetup on how agentic AI can be used inside government. It starts from the basics of how municipal systems work (the three-layer network separation and the government cloud) and AI fundamentals, then covers what former city staff learned working with AI agents and the technical and security barriers seen by engineers who know municipal core systems.
The program includes talks by former Sapporo City employees and a BIPROGY engineer, open-call lightning talks, Q&A and networking with light food. It is framed as a place to share where people are and where they are stuck rather than a showcase, aimed at national and local government staff and private companies working with municipalities. Registration requires host approval.
