Agent Forge AI Hackathon: Tokyo Creativity

Agent Forge AI Hackathon: Tokyo Creativity is a one-day, in-person hackathon in Minato City where teams of one to six people build production-ready AI agents in a single day. Rather than shipping a generic demo, participants are asked to root their project in Tokyo and Japanese culture: traditional craft, food, fashion, tourism, retail, local maker culture, or the workflows that power Japanese businesses. Teams get premium credits and tooling from partner platforms including ai&, Daytona, GMI Cloud, Nosana, Qwen Cloud, and Qoder, and are judged on completeness, innovation, real-world problem solving, and how deeply they integrate partner products. The day runs from check-in and a tech-stack workshop through team formation, a lunch break, live demos, and a winners announcement. The event runs within the AI Builders network alongside community partners MeltingHack and Mercari, connecting Tokyo's AI, creative-technology, and maker communities with developers, designers, and business builders looking to ship a working AI product in a day.
