Summary
Entrepreneurs Roundtable Tokyo returns for its 8th edition at SAKURA DEEPTECH SHIBUYA, on the 12th floor of the Shibuya Sakura Stage Central Building. Entrepreneurs Roundtable is a non-profit startup event series that began in New York City in 2007 and has since run more than 200 events, connecting founders with active early-stage investors. This Tokyo edition is presented with event partners Tokyu Land Corporation and JETRO.
Up to five startups pitch their businesses to a panel of investors and receive feedback, guidance, and potential investment. Founders who want to pitch apply in advance through the event's application form. The evening runs through speaker introductions and background, a Q&A with the investors, startup pitches followed by investor feedback, and closing networking.
Featured VC speakers include Murat Aktihanoglu of Remarkable Ventures and Kazutoshi Ukon of the Mitsubishi Electric Innovation Fund. The event is free and open to all, and aims to help the New York City and Tokyo startup ecosystems grow and connect.
