Summary
The Human Signal is an English-language evening at Tokyo Innovation Base for founders, entrepreneurs and startup professionals about the human side of cross-border sales: building trust, communicating value and developing customer relationships across cultures.
The program opens with an interactive workshop on a four-layer framework (right audience, moment, message and emotion), followed by a panel with founders from Synnovate, BREAMS, Glasp and SABI by Sales Done Right Japan, moderated by the CEO of Openfor.co. Topics include human-centred inbound and outbound sales and how trust differs between Japan and Western markets.
Doors open at 18:00, the program runs 18:30–21:00 and closes with networking. Participation is free, with light non-alcoholic refreshments.
About the community
A community-focused, educational session for founders, sales and business development professionals, and ecosystem people interested in expanding between Japan, the UK and other markets. This is an expanded edition of a pilot first run with Venture Café Tokyo, mixing a practical workshop, a panel and open networking.
