Summary
A 90-minute ideation workshop run by TIB JAM, the startup community based at Tokyo Innovation Base. It is aimed at people who want to start a business but have no idea, or who have an idea but lack the confidence to explain it. Participants learn how to generate ideas, how to organize them into a form others can understand, and how to refine them enough to take a confident first step, all through hands-on exercises.
With mentor support, attendees shape their business idea until the problem, customer, and solution are clear enough to explain to others. The goal is an idea ready for the next round of mentoring or feedback. On the day, Hirokazu Udagawa, a community manager at Gaiax, serves as the mentor.
The venue is the first floor of Tokyo Innovation Base, a one-minute walk from the Kyobashi exit of Yurakucho Station. Admission is free and capacity is around 10 people.
