TeSH (Tech Startup HOKURIKU) x ACADEMIA STARTUP NIGHT: Building a Network from Hokuriku to the World (TG#391)

TeSH (Tech Startup HOKURIKU) x ACADEMIA STARTUP NIGHT is a special edition of Thursday Gathering (#391), run as a collaboration between TeSH and ACADEMIA STARTUP NIGHT. The theme is building a network that connects the Hokuriku region to the world. The session discusses how to build an ecosystem that turns research seeds and technology from universities and technical colleges in Hokuriku into academia-origin startups with real social implementation. Specific topics include making better use of the ecosystem that accelerates academia-origin startups, securing management talent to drive these businesses, and building a network of supporters that spans universities and regions. The event also draws on the NINEJP framework to connect university supporters and startup support organizations nationwide, not just in Hokuriku, bringing together practitioners from different regions to share know-how, challenges, and possibilities for collaboration. The venue is CIC Tokyo (15F, Toranomon Hills Business Tower; check-in is on the 1st floor).
