Summary
A networking event aimed at turning research seeds from universities and technical colleges in the Hokuriku region into globally competitive startups. TeSH (Tech Startup HOKURIKU) is building a network of universities, support organizations, operating companies, investors, and executive talent to accelerate the creation and growth of academia-born startups. Under the theme of building networks that connect Hokuriku to the world, this session discusses how to leverage the ecosystem, secure executive talent, and form supporter networks that cross universities and regions.
The event also uses the NINEJP framework to connect with university supporters and startup support organizations nationwide, beyond Hokuriku. Practitioners supporting academia-born startups across Japan will gather to share know-how, challenges, and possibilities for collaboration. It takes place at CIC Tokyo (Toranomon Hills Business Tower 15F) as part of Thursday Gathering, and registered attendees can also join online.
