Summary
A free online workshop (Zoom) on using AI assistants more practically in day-to-day work. Gary Huang, representative of Hancock International LLC, covers how to give an AI assistant the right context, how to apply it to routine tasks, and the steps for reviewing AI output before acting on it.
Topics include briefing an assistant on your role, goals and work preferences; turning meeting notes into action plans and draft follow-up emails; organizing recurring weekly tasks into a plan; and spotting which items need human approval. Registrants receive a GOLD (Goal, Output, Limitations, Details) cheat sheet, a prompt collection and the slides by email afterward.
Aimed at employees, independent consultants and business owners who already use AI and want more practical value from it. No programming knowledge is required. The session will be recorded.
