Summary
The Japan Java User Group (JJUG) September night seminar is its regular Java release event, covering the new features in Java 27, released on September 16, with one community speaker per JEP.
Talks cover post-quantum hybrid key exchange for TLS 1.3 (JEP 527), the seventh preview of Structured Concurrency (JEP 533), the third preview of Lazy Constants (JEP 531), and the fifth preview of primitive types in patterns, instanceof and switch (JEP 532), followed by Q&A.
Note the venue: Findy in Osaki, not the usual Microsoft Japan office in Shinagawa.
About the community
One of Japan's largest Java communities, running monthly night seminars and larger conferences for Java engineers. Each new Java version gets a release event where speakers walk through the new features JEP by JEP.
