Summary
This is the 95th installment of the MDN Translation Community's monthly online meetup. Participants work from home or wherever convenient, coordinating progress and questions over Slack while collaboratively translating MDN Web Docs into Japanese.
Following MDN's system migration, the translation workflow moved from a wiki-based process to one centered on GitHub pull requests. Members familiar with the new process will be on hand to answer questions, and first-time participants get support with the basics of translating and using GitHub.
The session runs from 13:00, with ongoing discussion on Slack, a mid-session check-in on Google Meet around 15:00, and a wrap-up with results shared around 17:00. It's a welcoming way to get involved in open-source documentation translation, even for those who aren't confident in English.
