Hands-on: Building a Semantic Search System with Gemini Embedding 2

A #BuildWithAI hands-on event hosted by GDG Tokyo where participants learn semantic search using Google's latest embedding model, Gemini Embedding 2 (released March 2026). Through running sample code on text and image embeddings, attendees experience how embeddings work and build a small local semantic search system, picking up the fundamentals of embeddings and RAG that are central to today's generative AI stack.
