Visit Experience

Held at Moon Creative Lab, conveniently located next to Omotesando Station, the event was easy to find. Although the official start time was 17:00, attendance was sparse initially, with more participants trickling in after 17:15. This timing might have been less convenient for those with work commitments.

Pre-event networking was limited, but I managed to connect with a university student, which was fitting since the majority of attendees were students, given the “Career Night” focus.

The event kicked off with a welcome from Moon Creative Lab, followed by remarks from Takeoff Tokyo and a series of guest speakers, including a VC and a couple of startup founders focused on HR and internships. The event was primarily run by student volunteers, which led to some minor scheduling, technical, and moderation hiccups, though these were more of an inconvenience than a major issue.

The event concluded with an announcement that registration for Takeoff Tokyo 2025 is now open. If you’re interested, you can find more details at Takeoff Tokyo 2025 - https://www.takeoff-tokyo.com/#tickets.
